Review annual returns status when the bid asks for company standing proof.
Record beneficial ownership notes or documents where relevant.
Match directors, members and signatory authority to the bid forms.
B-BBEE proof
Store the current affidavit or certificate with validity date.
Confirm whether the tender needs a specific form or declaration.
Keep entity-size and scorecard assumptions visible for review.
Assign an owner if the document needs renewal, correction or legal review.
